CHildren

Our church wants our children to know their identity as children of God, their belonging in God’s family,

and their unique role in God’s mission to restore and redeem this world through Jesus!

If you have an infant, feel free to use our family room at the back of our sanctuary

where you can see and hear the service while being able to rock, feed, or play with your child!

Preschool:

Our preschool class opens fifteen minutes before the service starts!

Feel free to leave your child with our warm and caring staff before or during the service.

We have both an indoor and outdoor play area, with a variety of great toys!

Children's Worship

We love having children worship with their parents in the sanctuary! During the 'passing of the peace' (or time where people greet each other) children meet in the back of the sanctuary to meet their teacher and attend Sunday School.

Children are separated into THREE groups:

Toddlers - Pre K                 K -2nd grade              3rd-5th grade.

We are teaching the entire Bible over a three year period using the "Gospel Project" curriculum!  We have a wonderful group of teachers who make up our Children's Ministry Team, all of whom pass a rigorous background check.

6th-8th grade

Students have their own class with our Youth Leader, Marc Mccullough.  Mark and his team of volunteer parents and high school students meet across the street in the Lowell Center, where our Jr Students have their own space.  In 2017 & 2018, Mark and his team are using The Bible Project videos as a tool to help students learn and grow in their faith.  Students learn the Gospel, how to pray, and how to read Scripture.
